- If you do not complete your registration and payment within the Early Registration period, you will be required to register on-site.

Participants eligible for the Special category will receive separate instructions.

Group Registration

The discount applies only to participants whose names are included in the Group Registration Application Form submitted to the Secretariat in advance.

Eligibility

  • Group registration is available for 10 or more participants.
  • All participants in a group registration must select the same registration type.
    • - Participants must register under either the 1-Day or 2-Day registration category.
    • - Example: Mixed registration (e.g., 3 participants for 1-Day and 7 participants for 2-Day) is not permitted.
  • Group discounts are applied only to the participants listed on the submitted group registration form. If any participant information needs to be changed after submission, please contact the Secretariat.

How to Apply

Download the Group Registration Form from the website and complete the participant list. Submit the completed form to the Secretariat via e-mail.

  • To be eligible for the group registration discount, all participants must complete the
    Sign-up process on the conference website (top right corner of the homepage) before submitting the group registration form.
  • The e-mail address provided in the group registration form must be identical to the
    e-mail address used during Sign-up.

Payment Method

You can check your payment status and download your receipt at any time by logging in to the website and visiting "My Page".

Credit Card

  • Online payment is available through the registration system.
  • All credit card service charges are the responsibility of the registrant.
  • International credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) are accepted for payment in Korean Won (KRW). The final amount charged will be converted into your local currency based on your card issuer's exchange rate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund requests can be submitted through "My Page" after logging in to the website.

- 사전등록 기간 내 등록 및 결제를 완료하지 못하신 경우, 현장 등록을 하셔야 합니다.
- 무통장입금의 경우 기한 내 입금 확인이 되지 않을 경우 기존 등록 데이터는 임의 삭제 됩니다.
- 등록하신 분들께는 당일 점심식사와 커피가 제공됩니다.

단체등록 안내

단체등록은 사전에 사무국으로 단체등록 신청서를 제출한 경우에 한하여 할인 혜택이 적용됩니다.

신청 기준

  • 단체등록은 10명 이상부터 신청 가능합니다.
  • 참가 유형은 단체 내 전원이 동일해야 합니다.
    • - 1일 등록 또는 2일 등록 중 한 가지 유형으로 통일하여 신청
    • - 예시) 3명은 1일 등록, 7명은 2일 등록으로 혼합 신청 불가
  • 할인 적용은 사전 제출 명단에 한하여 적용되므로, 참가자 변경이 필요한 경우 사무국으로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.

Payment Method

등록비 납부 상태 및 영수증은 홈페이지 로그인 후 'My Page'에서 상시 확인하실 수 있습니다.

  • 신용카드
    • 온라인 사전등록 시스템 내에서 실시간 안전 결제를 지원합니다.
    • 카드 대금 청구서 및 영수증에 표시되는 승인 가맹점명은 ‘Easy PAY’입니다.
  • 무통장 입금
    • 송금 시 발생하는 모든 은행 수수료는 등록자 본인 부담입니다.
    • 등록비 계좌이체 시, 입금자명과 등록자 명이 동일해야 확인 가능하며, 입금자명이 다를 경우 사무국으로 연락 주시기 바랍니다.
    • 결제가 완료되면 ‘Pending’에서 ‘Completed’로 결제 상태가 변경됩니다.
