Invited Speaker Guidelines

Thank you very much for accepting our invitation to be an Invited Speaker for 5thEINC.

Please read the guidelines below carefully regarding lecture note submissions and onsite presentation requirements.

Lecture Note Submission (for Abstract Book)

Each invited speaker is kindly requested to submit their lecture materials (presentation slides) by the submission deadline for inclusion in the official Abstract Book.

Deadline October 9 (Fri), 2026 (23:59 KST)
Language English
File Format MS PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) or PDF (.pdf)
Font Embedding Please ensure all fonts are embedded in your PowerPoint file before submission.

※ Submitted lecture materials will be used exclusively for the production of the abstract book.

Onsite Presentation File Guidelines

Kindly bring your final presentation file (PPT) with you and submit it on-site according to the guidelines below.

Format
Important Notes Advance submission of presentation files for onsite presentation is not available.
All presentation files must be submitted directly at the onsite Preview Room.

For your live presentation at the conference,
please submit the presentation file you will actually use onsite at the Preview Room.

The use of personal laptops during the presentation is not permitted.
Preview Room Check-in All invited speakers are requested to visit the Preview Room at least 1 hour before their scheduled session to upload their slides and complete a final check, including fonts, videos, and layout.

Please bring your final presentation file to the conference venue on a USB flash drive.

현장 발표자료 준비 및 제출 가이드라인

학술대회 당일 발표자료는 아래 안내를 참고하시어 현장에서 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 유의사항 사전 온라인 접수 불가: 현장 발표용 슬라이드는 사전 온라인 접수를 받지 않으며, 반드시 행사 당일 현장 프리뷰 룸에서 USB로 제출하셔야 합니다.

개인 노트북 사용 불가: 발표장 내 개인 노트북 연결 및 사용은 지원되지 않으며, 프리뷰 룸을 통해 전달된 발표자료만 사용 가능합니다.
프리뷰 룸 방문 발표 시작 최소 1시간 전에 프리뷰 룸을 방문하여 슬라이드 업로드 및 최종 점검(폰트, 동영상, 레이아웃 등)을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.

최종 발표자료는 USB 메모리에 저장하여 행사 당일 지참해 주시기 바랍니다.
