Congratulations on the acceptance of you abstract for an “E-Poster”.
Your E-Poster will be displayed at the EINC 2026 conference venue.

Please read the guidelines below carefully and prepare your E-Poster file accordingly.

Poster files must strictly adhere to the specified size format.

If the file does not meet the requirements, we may request a resubmission.

  • Presentation: Your E-poster will be displayed on the DID monitor during the conference. (No assigned presentation time.)
  • Poster Display Location: Crystal Ballroom (2F), THE GRAND LOTTE SEOUL

Presenter Registration Policy

• Abstract presenters must complete registration for the conference.

• If a presenter fails to register by the specified pre-registration period, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program and abstract book.

Early Registration Deadline

September 30 (Wed), 2026

Abstract Modification & Withdrawal Policy

• Abstract modifications and withdrawals can be made directly through My Page.

• After the deadline, abstracts can no longer be revised.

• Abstracts withdrawn after the deadline cannot be removed from the abstract list and will be marked as "Withdrawn".
